- Applications for this service can only be made online via IntermarkSavills website.
- We will only consider applications with all information fields completed.
- When you have identified the apartments or houses that you would like to view all transportation to and from the viewings, negotiation with the Landlord and drafting of the lease agreement will be undertaken by you. If you require additional assistance we are happy to provide support services at an additional cost.
- The lease agreement template will be provided by the Landlord.
Application and Rental Procedure
- You select any number of apartments you are interested in viewing marked with "0% commission" on our website. The selected apartments will be added to your notebook.
- When you have completed your selection you click on the "Order" option and complete and send us the application for your preferred options.
- One of our team will then contact you within 24 hours to arrange the viewings of the apartments or houses.
- You go to view the property unaccompanied.
- If you decide to rent the property, you negotiate the rental price and the conditions of the lease agreement and tenancy directly with the Landlord.
- You negotiate with the Landlord representative and sign tenancy agreement using a template provided by Landlord.
- If you require any additional support from the IntermarkSavills team throughout the process (e.g. transportation, negotiation or drafting of the lease agreement), we are happy to provide these at extra cost.
