The letting processRegister with IntermarkSavillsTo do this you can call, come in to our central Moscow office, or register online. In order for us to accurately match your requirements, would need as much information as possible about the type of property you are looking for. The search beginsWith a clear understanding of your requirements we will compile a selection of all properties that match your criteria. Often viewings can be arranged immediately. ViewingsWe conduct appointments at times that suit you, including evenings and on weekends. Selecting a property of your choiceOnce you've identified a suitable property, your information will be forwarded to the landlord for acceptance. At this stage references may in some instances be required. Tenancy agreementUpon the landlord’s confirmation to proceed, we will draw up the relevant documentation forming an agreement between you and your landlord. InventoryAn inventory of the contents and condition of the property will be prepared prior to commencing the tenancy. This will be supplied to both landlord and tenant. Rent and depositIn most instances, an advance rental payment [pre-payment] is required as a conditions of the commercial terms A security deposit is also usually required from the tenant. This will be reimbursed to you at the end of the tenancy, subject to the details of your agreement and the findings of the inventory check-out report. CompletionCongratulations, keys are now handed over and you can move in to your new home! |
