Processing the propertyUpon confirmation of your instruction, one of our in-house specialists will process your property for marketing purposes. With just one visit they will produce high quality digital photographs, a full set of architectural floor plans and location plan and write and design a property description for both online and offline marketing. This set of complete property details is then uploaded onto Intermark.ru. This allows us to start marketing your property within 48 hours. On the marketMarketing YOUR property is our business and we take this work extremely seriously. There are two primary communication methods employed to give your property maximum exposure: web, and traditional print-media. Compliance with safety regulationsAs a landlord, you have an obligation to ensure that your property complies with all the necessary regulations i.e. the safety of gas appliances, the electrical installation and any furnishings supplied for the tenancy. Tenancy agreementWe will draw up the relevant paperwork forming a contractual agreement between both parties.
